  • Short-term outcomes might be an alleviation from bloating or more regular bowel movements.
  • Medium-term outcomes might be more favourable biomarkers like cholesterol levels and a more resilient immune system.
  • Long-term outcomes might be a lower risk of developing chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases (heart attacks and strokes), and metabolic diseases (type 2 diabetes), and ultimately enjoying a better quality of life in your old age.

At Nutrition Domus, Chung will walk with you on your journey to gain control over your short-term and long-term goals. A typical journey will look like the following:

  • 15-min strategy call to ensure that what we offer at Nutrition Domus is in line with your expectations.
  • 1-hr 30-min initial consultation for you and Chung to discuss your goals, your current nutritional and lifestyle habits, any significant medical history, and set an action plan that is aligned with your objectives.
  • 1-hr follow-up consultations (at least 1-month apart) as you take small but deliberate steps towards your long-term goals.
